At MC Jackets, we proudly offer free shipping worldwide on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no special conditions.
We ship to most countries globally, excluding Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries sanctioned by the OFAC.

  • Prime Products are ready-to-ship items and are dispatched fastest.

  • Estimated times may vary based on the nature of the product.

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.

Courier Partners

We use Express Delivery services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure fast and secure shipping.
Note: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Customs and Import Duties

All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact our support team and the courier within 5 business days from the delivery date to file a claim.
Upon confirmation by the courier, we will either issue a full store credit or send a replacement for any lost or damaged products.
Please note: Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Rescheduling and Issues

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, you must contact the courier directly. If the parcel is destroyed due to multiple failed delivery attempts, MC Jackets is not responsible.

  • Refused Deliveries: Refusing a delivery may result in the parcel being lost or destroyed. We cannot offer returns or refunds for refused deliveries.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
    If a package cannot be delivered and is not returned, it will be considered lost, and no refund or cancellation will be processed.

Additional Policies

  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent once payment is received. If you do not receive it, please reach out to our support team.

  • Combined Shipping: Orders placed for the same address may be combined to optimize delivery. This may cause a slight delay in the original dispatch timing.

  • Complimentary Items: Orders containing more than 10 products may not automatically include complimentary gifts unless approved by customer support.
